Project Description
Supporting & Enabling Our Clients to Socialise & Engage With Others
Our Social networking club enables clients to socialise and engage with each other; providing the opportunity for new friends & relationships. At Epiphany we believe that irrespective of your age or disability, everyone should have the opportunity to live life to the fullest. Our club has been created with the specific aim of alleviating loneliness and the detrimental impact it perpetuates amongst vulnerable adults. We are dedicated to breaking the cycles of alienation and believe everyone should have the opportunity to socialise and engage with others; in a manner that facilitates stimulation, lifts spirit’s and enhances overall well- being. The ultimate aim is to foster a sense of community and cultivate friendship support networks between our clients and their support networks.
We are currently still working on fully setting up the club and welcome expressions of interest via our Registration Page, from all interested parties. The aim is to build a network of members to socialise and engage with each other; as well as clustering members living in close proximity to each other for localised activities. We care keen for members to be actively involved in expressing their views and preferences on activities, outings or holidays you wish to pursue, encouraging adventure and any hidden wishes you may have given up on. From tea at the Ritz to the London Eye, a trip to Harrods, starting a band or pub lunches. We believe life is for living; whatever your age or impairments, Epiphany is here to enable you to live life to the fullest. Learn more about How The Club Works as well as ingenious ways friends and family can get vulnerable adults up and going via our Activity Vouchers or a club membership, the perfect gift to get someone you care about on their journey to stimulating activities, fun, friendships and exhilarating experiences.
